Marie and Christian offer an incredibly personal and wonderful experience in their own home to students of French of all ages. They are a delightful couple who welcome their students as if they are members of their family. Marie is an experienced French teacher and gives interesting, individualised lessons to those who come to La Peuchellorie. I just spent two weeks at this fantastic immersion residential school where I improved my French and learnt a lot about the French way of life as well as enjoying many local specialities. The whole two weeks were exciting and interesting with a different tourist visit every day as well as an educational lesson with a theme that was appropriate to your other daily activities. If you want to learn French in an authentic French home and be welcome and looked after, don’t look any further - this was a brilliant learning experience with a great teacher and her terrific husband who will take you on the daily excursions. I really enjoyed my two weeks with a lovely fellow student from Luxembourg- Marie matched us well and we had a very personal experience in country France in a beautiful setting, with genuine people who share a passion for teaching French.

I have just spent 2 wonderful weeks on my French immersion holiday with Marie and Christian and I want to thank them both for making me feel so welcome! I was attending on my own and the other student in my session was a lovely lady from Australia - we had similar levels in French and got along very well together. We were both very happy with the French immersion and we certainly improved our levels of French during our stay.
Marie and Christian are both warm and charming people and they take great care to make sure their students are learning efficiently and effectively while enjoying a wonderful experience in the process.
The language courses given by Marie every morning were tailored to our specific needs, but also provided a good combination of things for us to review as well as new things for us to learn. Every day, a portion of the course would cover the excursion of the day, with corresponding vocabulary and tidbits of information for us to learn. It made the excursions that much more meaningful. Marie is a true professional and her students benefit greatly from her experience teaching the French language!
The daily excursions were mostly led by Christian and personalized to our interests and ranged from visiting historical sites, to having picnics and playing games of boulle. The region is full of interesting history and Marie and Christian know the very best sites and picnic areas for all of us to enjoy.
Every meal was carefully prepared by Christian and Marie, with Christian being the main chef and excursion guide. The menu was varied and consisted of delicious typical French dishes served family style. I was so happy to receive some of the recipes and get ideas of dishes and menus that I can serve my family at home! We had wonderful conversations at the dinner table – all in French, of course, which reinforced my ability to actually be immersed in the French language, which I didn’t think was possible for me. I’m so happy and grateful for that and for my entire stay.
Christian and Marie go above and beyond to ensure their students are comfortable, happy, and receiving a fantastic French immersion holiday! I heartily recommend this French immersion experience and am scheduling my return visit for next year – I can’t wait to come back!!

We can only echo all the previous comments about what a wonderful learning experience we had with Marie and Christian.
We spent a fabulous week with them (October 2021) and it really was life changing. They are both such interesting, lovely warm people and we did come away feeling more like friends than clients.
The French immersion is totally complete - the language is just a part of the whole experience. The lessons with Marie in the morning were excellent and she adapted everything to suit our level and understanding. A true professional but with warmth and humour too.
The outings with Christian in the afternoon too were superb - varied from a Chateau visit to a bike ride. Again, these were tailored for us and anything we wanted was just catered for.
We spent the whole week speaking French which I really didn't think was possible at our level (a good A1 I would say) and that gave us loads of confidence.
The only regret was not booking for 2 weeks (we only did a week) and I do think the extra week would have brought us on even further.
The house is beautiful and the bedroom was huge with everything you could want.
The food was just awesome with both Marie and Christian taking turns to cook. We ate (and drank) so well all week - 4 course lunches and dinners with matching wines. We really couldn't have asked for more. If you are looking for a truly immersive French experience - this is it! We are going to return next year when we will hopefully have improved our French speaking and understanding.
Oh and the area too is absolutely beautiful - gorgeous countryside and loads to do. We were there in October and were lucky with the weather but I can imagine any time of year would be wonderful too.
Sorry for all the superlatives but we just can't say enough what a fabulous experience this was.

Apres avoir fait un autre stage linguistique cette annee tout pres de Bergerac j'ai remarque que la difference Chez La Peuchollerie est que Marie et Christian ne sont pas juste des employees d'un business. Ils sont les proprieteurs et cela est tres important pour l'experience.

En outre, Marie est diplomee et a travaille beaucoup d'annees dans l'enseignement de la langue francaise. Il y a beaucoup <<d'ecoles>> ou les professeurs ne sont pas diplomes.

Christian a ete eleve sur une ferme tout pres de Toulouse. A cause de ca et comme tous les fermiers mondials il est forcement accompli dans les reparations des choses mecaniques. En fait il a restore une grande partie de la Maison lui-meme.

Christian est aussi bien accompli dans les arts de la cuisine. J'ai trouve qu'il est mieux que beaucoup de cuisiniers professionels.

From the moment we arrived at the 'Peuchollerie' the warm of our welcome was a precursor of the care and attention that Marie and Christian take to ensure that your stay is as individual as you are. I echo the comments made here that they both have the right balance of encouragement with gentle correction that means one can relax and (try to !) speak with little embarrassment. Marie took great care to tailor
the lessons to what we needed and Christian worked so hard out of the classroom - chef, chauffeur and guide in the afternoons combined! There is no doubt that our French speaking and understanding improved 'grace a ' Marie and Christian. Above all we felt so blessed to feel invited to share their home for two weeks feeling like guests rather than students. I would recommend this 'sejour' to anyone. Thank you so much to both

Im August habe ich eine Woche in der "Peuchollerie" bei Marie und Christian verbracht. Das war schon mein zweiter Aufenhalt dort und es war alles schon vertraut.
Die Woche dort war für mich eine perfekte Mischung aus Erholung und dabei intensiv Französisch zu lernen. Darüber hinaus habe ich auch wieder jede Menge über die lokale Kultur dort gelernt.
Der Tag begann jeden morgen mit einem gemeinsamen Frühstück, gefolgt von von Französischunterricht bis Mittag. Eine Kaffeepause im Garten darf natürlich nicht fehlen. Bis dahin hatte Christian schon das Mittagessen gekocht. Nach einer kurzen Pause ging es mit Christian zu einem Ausflug in die Umgebung, der thematisch mit der Lektion am morgen abgestimmt war. Es folgte ein Apero auf der Terrasse und danach das gemeinsame Abendessen. Dieses Programm wiederholte sich jeden Tag. :-)
Der Unterricht von Marie orientiert sich individuell am Sprachniveau und den Bedürfnissen der Schüler. Sie ist eine geduldige, aber auch fordernde Lehrerin.
Jederzeit wieder gerne - so kann Französisch lernen Spaß machen!

Vous aimez le paysage profond? Venez faire une stage dans la langue francaise au manoire de la Peuchollerie chez Marie et Christian. On peut y avoir une riche experience dans l’histoire et le paysage de la region de la Haute Charente-Maritime. Buvez les vins et degustez les fromage du pays. Soyez ravis par la cuisine de la region – fruits de mer, legumes et fruits en saison, confis du canard, crème brulee – tout bien prepares par Christian. Promenez-vous au bord des champs et canaux. Parlez aux vaches. Meme si vous parlez francais comme <<une vache espagnole>> c’est sur que vous vous debruillerez mieux apres votre stage de langue avec Marie.

Pour les stagiares du Canada - une visite a Brouage, ancienne ville de Champlain, vous donnera une nouvelle comprehension des origines de votre pays et de la <<belle province>>.

J'ai trouvé la semaine avec Marie et Christian très intéressante et stimulante. Marie est excellente comme professeur. Elle explique les points de grammaire clairement et elle prépare les leçons soigneusement. Chaque après midi on a fait les visites aux endroits intéresssantes au point de vue historique et culturel. On a mangé très bien aussi! Marie et Christian sont très sympas et je peux recommander Séjour linguistique sans hésitation;

It would be impossible to fully convey my delight after spending a week with Marie and Christian in their beautiful home. They are warm, engaging, and intelligent people with whom I have had many fascinating conversations during this all-too-short week. I felt more like a visiting friend than a paying student. As for the lodgings, the entire home is gorgeous and the rooms are charming, comfortable, and very clean.

I embarked upon this immersion experience with the hope that my French would improve, and it has, noticeably, despite the short span of time; Marie is an experienced and passionate teacher who took care to tailor the program so that it addressed my areas of difficulty. The classroom instruction was reinforced by the plentiful conversation during meals and excursions, and Marie and Christian struck the perfect balance between good-naturedly working around my mistakes (so that I felt at ease to speak, never embarrassed or shy) and offering me useful corrections of recurring errors (so that I improved).

The food was delicious: down-to-earth traditional French cuisine served in the family style. The local excursions, guided by Christian, provided not only plentiful exposure to authentic examples of the French language in a variety of settings, but also a taste of French culture and history.

I would heartily recommend this to anyone who wants to learn French from people and experiences rather than just from a book. There are plenty of French instruction programs, and plenty of homestay arrangements, but living with a trained French professor is an experience that I don't think you could find anywhere else.

Angereist bin ich ohne so richtig zu wissen, was auf mich zukommt und was "totale Immersion" bedeutet. Was ich dann erfahren habe, war jedoch viel besser, als ich mir überhaupt vorstellen konnte. Als Schüler wohnt man direkt bei Marie und Christian im Haus(-halt). Das Haus liegt abgelegen mitten in der Nature des Departments Charente-Maritime. Mein Tag begann mit einem gemeinsamen Frühstück, gefolgt von drei Stunden Unterricht bei Marie. Am Anfag waren wir eine Gruppe von zwei Schülern, in der zweiten Woche war ich der einzige Schüler. Nach dem Unterricht gab es ein leckeres Mittagessen (von Christian zubereitet) gefolgt von einer ein bis zweistündigen Pause. Danach folgte ein Ausflug zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Zurück in der Peuchollerie folgte ein leckeres Abendessen. Während meines ganzen Aufenthaltes wurde nur französisch gesprochen - von morgens bis abends. Als irgendwie fortgeschrittener Anfänger war das nicht immer leicht, zwang mich jedoch immer gleich, die Sprachkenntnisse anzuwenden.

Vielen Dank für zwei wunderschöne Wochen in denen ich mein Französisch deutlich verbessern konnte und dabei auch noch etwas vom "savoir vivre" mitnehmen konnte und darüber hinaus auch noch die Region Charente-Maritime kennen lernen konnte!

Sono una studentessa italiana di 16 anni e ho un livello di lingua francese B1. Ho trascorso 2 settimane a luglio 2018 presso Accent de France e ho trovato molto utili le lezioni della Prof.ssa Larré. Gli argomenti trattati erano interessanti e l'insegnate cerca veramente di aiutare le lacune individuali. Inoltre, a fine corso mi è stato lasciato molto materiale linguistico che potrò continuare a utilizzare in seguito.
Il soggiorno al Manoir di Peuchollerie è stato davvero piacevole: grande disponibilità, serietà e calda ospitalità da parte dei due padroni di casa, belle escursioni pomeridiane e serali, partecipazione continua alla vita francese (es. incontri con vicini di casa, eventi locali ecc.), cucina tipica squisita, camera estremamente accogliente.
Spero davvero che questa esperienza mi aiuti anche per la scuola!

Astebete pasatu dut etxe zoragarri honetan. Berez etxeak merezi du, handia, komodoa, koketoa, beraiek dioten moduan "c'est mignon". Hala, ere, niretzako politena gure arteko harremana izan da, nahiz eta soilik Stephan eta biok izan ikasteko, ikaskide xarmanta(charmant en francais). Baina nabarmendu behar dut Marie goxoa goiko txokoan, pazientzia handiz, guri klaseak ematen ta zer esanik ez, " le grand chevalier Christian" bazkari goxoak prestatzen guretzako ta bisitaldi ederrak antolatuz. Mila mila esker par tout!!

Guztiz gomendatzen dut frantsesez hitzegitea nahi dutenentzat.

Através de um novo desafio profissional que requer uma boa comunicação em Frances, foi-me dada a oportunidade de frequentar a escola de Francês Accent de France.

A Marie e o Christian abrem as portas da sua casa aos estagiàrios com um ambiente bastante familiar partilhando o seu dia a dia e as suas experências.
O meu programa de imersão na cultura Francesa teve uma duração de 2 semanas. Durante a manhã, as aulas são minuciosamente preparadas pela Marie e adaptadas às necessidades de cada estagiàrio. Apos um belissimo almoço, com as especialidades do chefe Christian, partia-se a descoberta de das belezas que a região tem para oferecer. As visitas a castelos, museus de esculturas perdidos e excelentes provas de cognac contribuiu decisivamente para o conhecimento da lingua Francesa.

A experiencia é extremamente enriquecedora e com certeza serà para repetir.

Hi ha cops en els que no t’imagines com l’ elecció d’unes vacances et canviarà. I això és el que precissament em va passar l’estiu del 2017.
Cercava un estiu d’immersió llingüistica en francés però no una escola a l’ús quan vaig trovar el web d’Accent de France. La premisa és senzilla: pels matins, classes de francés amb la Marie, per la tarda, excursions per la zona amb el Christian. Sobre el paper sona bé, en realitat és encara millor. La Marie i el Christian són una parella encisadora. Durant dues setmanes, del 6 al 19 d’agost , em van acollir a la Peuchollerie com si jo fos un membre més de la seva familia.
La Marie té moltíssima experiència com a profe i això es nota: és pacient, sap adaptar-se a les necessitats de l’alumne i et dona consells molt útils. La seva passió per la llengua francesa, els costums i la historia de la regió (la Charente Maritime) és contagiosa. El Christian s’encarrega de la majoria de les excursions, de les quals es parla a la classe. És un guía súper expert. Amb ell vaig visitar el Castell del gat amb botes (Crazanes), Saintes, la Cité de l’Huître, el Castell de la Roche-Bourchon, etc…
Tots dos formen un tándem perfecte: són persones molt acollidores, amb molta cultura que et fan sentir a casa teva; et fan viure una experiència auténtica.
I que dir dels àpats… Són absolutament meravellosos. Preparats pel Christian, utilitza productes de la regió i fins i tot, algun producte cultivat al seu propi jardí. A més a més, encara que no siguis bon cuiner, et tocarà fer d’ajudant de cuina. En el meu cas, vam cuinar una mouclade. Deliciosa  Només dir que vaig engreixar quatre kilos en dues setmanes…
Vaig aprendre moltíssimes coses i no em refereixo només a l’idioma: em vaig sentir francesa durant dues setmanes, vam acunyar una expressió nova (“faire un petit oreiller”), vaig gaudir de la festa d’aniversari de l’Herbé, vaig jugar a la petanca…
En resum, si voleu fer una immersió llingüistica, fugiu de les clàssiques escoles i busque algo diferent, Accent de France és la millor opció. No us en penedireu!

We spent a week with Marie and Christian in early August 2017. In our progression to acquiring the French language, we have been fortunate to live in Senegal, however the thing we have missed is the cultural side. Arriving and staying with them in their home is a warm and welcoming experience. We felt like we were part of the family, and they went out of their way to ensure we were accommodated in our every need. Their home cooked traditional local cuisine, complimented with the wonderful anecdotes, contributed no end to our overall 'French' experience. There was so much more though, with visits to a local grande chateaux, incredible churches, Fouras with its beaches and the famous Fort Boyard, the local market in Rochefort, and much more.

We are very grateful to them for this experience which represents not only excellent tuition, great accommodation, and dining experience, but also superb value for money. Merci beaucoup!

Herzlichen Dank an Marie und Christian für eine unvergessliche Woche. Als Französischlehrerin (FLE, Deutschschweiz) ist es nicht einfach, ein passendes Weiterbildungsangebot zu finden. Bei Marie und Christian stimmt einfach alles: Sprachliche Verbesserung auch bei bereits hohem Sprachlevel, totale Immersion, Eintauchen in die französische Kultur, Entdecken von regionalen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Erhalten von neuen Ideen für den eigenen Unterricht, Beantworten von Fragen aller Art, auf die ich bisher keine Antwort gefunden hatte. Zu allem dazu kommt die herzliche und offene Art von Marie und Christian, das wunderbare Essen und die wunderschöne Umgebung, in der man gemeinsam mit ihnen wohnen darf - ein kleines Paradies! Ich werde diese Schule sowohl meinem privaten Umfeld als auch meinen LehrerkollegInnen und SchülerInnen weiterempfehlen. Und selber möglichst bald dorthin zurückkehren.

Cefais groeso cynnes a hael dros ben a chyfle ardderchog i fyw à la française, ymarfer a datblygu fy Ffrangeg, a gweld a dod i adnabod ardal hardd. Ar ôl gwersi yn y bore cefais ymweld â chastell La Roche Courbon, olion Rhufeinig Saintes, Port-des-Barques a’r Saintonge mystérieuse. Profiadau arbennig hefyd oedd mynd am dro efo’r mul a’r ceffyl, siopa ym marchnad Rochefort, cyfarfod Hervé, a’r daith feic - er gwaethaf o ddod yn rhy agos at y danadl poethion ! Wythnos i’w chofio - diolch yn fawr iawn ! Merci beaucoup – je garderai toujours de bons souvenirs de mon séjour à la Peuchollerie !

退職を機にレッスンを受けました。ホームスティ先のムッシュ、マダムもとても親切で快適にすごさせていただきました。
ウイークディは毎日違う場所を見学し日本とは違う歴史や文化に感動しました。２１時頃にようやく日が暮れ始めることも体験。ホームパーティや簡単な料理なども設定していただきあっと言う間に3週間が過ぎました。緑豊かで水も豊か、静かな所でした。

Aquest mes d’agost he passat una setmana fantàstica amb la Marie i el Christian.
Volia millorar el meu francès i l’experiència ha estat molt bona en molts sentits!
Més enllà de la millora en l’expressió i comprensió de l’idioma he pogut compartir uns dies amb una parella molt simpàtica i agradable que han convertit aquests dies en unes petites vacances.
Els dies s’omplen amb les classes de la Marie, molt amenes i personalitzades, amb bons àpats “en família” i amb visites per conèixer l’entorn més proper, el seu paisatge i història, sempre amb la companyia del Christian i/o la Marie.
L’entorn és tranquil, rural, la companyia interessant, plena de sorpreses i molt acollidora. Des del primer moment la Marie i el Christian et fan sentir com a casa.
Recomano l’experiència! Un bon aprenentatge de la llengua i cultura francesa gràcies a una immersió total i moltes històries i experiències compartides.
Per mi ha estat molt enriquidor i us animo a provar-ho.

Хотелось бы поблагодарить Марию и Кристьяна Ларре за незабываемые 2 недели, проведённые на стажировке в Accent de France, расположенном в живописном местечке La Vallée. За такое, на первый взгляд
короткое время, я полностью погрузилась во французский язык и в его культуру. Все это благодаря ежедневным урокам с Мадам Марией. Признаюсь честно, уроки были не из легких, но при малейшей трудности
ни разу мне не отказывали в помощи. После уроков меня уже ждал обед в стиле шефа Кристьяна. Его блюда действительно заслуживают похвалы. Не могу не упомянуть послеполуденные походы с Кристьяном или
Марией, которые помогли мне познакомиться с французской историей. Поездки в города , такие как La Rochelle, Saintes, Rochefort открыли мне совершенно новый для меня образ жизни французского общества.
Я очень рада , что выбрала для стажировки именно Accent de France, потому что именно там я получила огромный багаж знаний. У меня остались только позитивные эмоции и яркие воспоминания, которые я бы
с удовольствием испытала ещё раз.

Es gribētu izteikt pateicības vārdus Marijai un Kristiānam Larē. Tas ir
vienkārši burvīgie un labsirdīgie cilvēki, kuri iepazīstināja mani ar
franču tradīcijam un tas kultūru. Esmu pavadījis veselas 2 nedēļas kopā
ar frančiem, par ko noteikti gribu pateikt PALDIES. Aizvēsturiskie
objekti, skaista daba, labas sajūtas un protams ka emocijas - viss
palieks manā atmiņā uz visu mūžu. Es labprāt piedalitos šajā projektā
vēlreiz un es domāju, ka varbūt tas būs nākamā vasara, es būtu ļoti
priecīgs pavadīt kādu mirklīti šajā skaistā pilsētiņā - La Vallée.
Godīgi sākot , es jūtos ļoti labi Francijā. Tagad Bambey ir arī slavens

I spent a week doing an intensive immersion course at ‘Accent de France’ located in the beautifully restored home of Marie and Christian Larré in the lovely village of La Vallée. From the moment I was met in La Rochelle, Marie and Christian made every effort to make me comfortable in an environment in which I would be relaxed and receptive to learning French. And that’s what I did; through a cleverly balanced programme of lessons in a classroom, meals ‘en famille’, and visits locally to markets, chateaux and other places of interest, I was completely absorbed in French life and language. I doubt that more than 50 words of English were spoken during the whole week.
I recommend the school of ‘Accent de France’ to anyone who wants to improve their competence in the French language. The school provides a very high standard of teaching in an ambience of French family warmth.

La semana que he pasado en casa de Marie y Christian ha sido estupenda. En todo momento me han hecho sentir como en casa, pendientes de cualquier cosa que pudiera necesitar. El lugar es tranquilo y encantador, un buen sitio donde desconectar. El aprendizaje no se reduce al tiempo que dedica Marie a las clases, sino que continua a lo largo de todo el día, ya sea en la casa como en las excursiones organizadas cuidadosamente por esta hospitalaria pareja.
Muchas gracias, os deseo lo mejor.

Muchas gracias por vuestra acogida y lo bien que me habéis cuidado. Tanto Marie como Christian son encantadores, Marie prepara sus clases estupendamente y las actividades de ocio están muy cuidadas.
Desde el primer momento Marie y Christian te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa, te cuidan muchísimo, la comida que te ofrecen es extraordinaria (¡Enhorabuena al cocinero!), las excursiones muy interesantes, la conversación super amena, ... todo ha resultado genial.
Sin duda ninguna, se lo recomiendo a todo el que quiera dar un empujón a su francés y además disfrutar aprendiendo.

I did not know quite what to expect when I set out for my week of total immersion with Marie and Christian Larre I hoped it would be good and in fact it could not have been better! I had studied French at University but seldom get the opportunity to use it these days and this week of 'total immersion' was just what I needed; by the end of the week I was thinking in French all the time.there were just two of us 'stagiaires'; Marie made us work hard in the mornings and, after a delicious lunch together, either she or Christian would take us to visit a whole range of fascinating places: a fairy-tale chateau, the city of La Rochelle, a visit to see where the famous oysters are raised.... I could go on! The most unexpected event for me was a flight in Christian's ULM - a very tiny microlight machine. I can recommend it as a way of seeing the countryside - if you have strong nerves! If you want to improve or revive your French this is the place to go and you will be overwhelmed by the generosity, warmth and hospitality of Marie and Christian Larre.

Muito obrigado à escola Accent de France e seus responsáveis, Marie e Christian. Foram duas semanas inesquecíveis de imersão com aulas, muitas atividades, passeios e aprendizados. Amei! Tudo isso em Instalações muito boas numa mansão antiga reformada e com direito a refeições saborosas. Voltaria com certeza e indico a quem tiver vontade de passar um tempo no coração da França mergulhado no jeito francês de ser e viver.

herzlichen Dank für die tolle Woche, die ich bei euch verbracht habe. Ich habe die „immersion totale“ vor allem am Wohnzimmertisch, mit den netten Gesprächen und den Köstlichkeiten von Christian sehr genossen :-)

He estado dos semanas de inmersión en casa de Marie y Christian, tenía un poco de miedo porque mi nivel de francés era básico pero me lo he pasado fenomenal en todos los sentidos. La casa tiene alma, el entorno es muy tranquilo y el paisaje natural de la Charente Maritime y su románico ha merecido una visita detenida. Pero aquí lo destacable es el cariño que ponen Marie y Christian en todo lo que hacen, desde el esfuerzo en personalizar las clases diarias, la comida tan rica y hecha en casa con productos locales que te ofrecen a todas horas, las excursiones que haces con ellos, (también personalizadas), todo hace que desde el primer momento te sientas como en familia. Son tremendamente acogedores, ha sido una experiencia muy rica tanto para mejorar mi nivel de francés como a nivel humano y personal. Desde aquí les mando un abrazo muy fuerte con todo mi corazón. Y por supuesto recomendable sin dudar. Muchas gracias por todo

Je vous remercie de tout coeur d'avoir pris si bien soin de ma fille Cathy. Depuis son retour, nous avons déjà regardé à maintes reprises les photos, qu'elle commente toujours avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme. Elle a adoré la visite au zoo, les ballades avec l'âne et le poney, l'excursion à vélo, les matchs de tennis de table...
Elle s'est vraiment sentie très à l'aise chez vous et elle a gagné en assurance en ce qui concerne son français. Merci encore.

Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale franskkursus hos Marie og Christian. Her får du ikke bare god, kompetent og, ikke mindst, niveautilpasset undervisning i det fransk sprog. Du får også mulighed for at opleve det franske køkken, en smuk region med alt hvad den havde at byde på. - en virkelig interessant måde at opleve et stykke Frankrig på.
En stor tak til Marie og Christian som gæstfrit bød mig velkommen i deres hjem, og tak for alle de gode måltider og hyggelig selskab.

2 Wochen bei euch zu leben und das französische Leben näher kennenzulernen war mir eine riesengroße Freude. Die Unterrichtsstunden am Morgen und die Exkursionen am Nachmittag haben immer eine gute Abwechslung zwischen Arbeit und Vergnügung gegeben. Die Klasse mit nur 3 Schülern gab uns allen die Möglichkeit, dass individuell auf unser Niveau und Wünsche eingegangen werden konnte. Die Ausflüge - zumeist mit Christian - waren interessant und abwechslungsreich und ich habe viel Neues gelernt, zum Beispiel wie man Muscheln zubereitet und eine Auster isst :) Apropos Essen: Immer super lecker - ein Lob an euch Marie und Christian.
Ich habe mich bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt und als ihr um Mitternacht Joyeux anniversaire zu meinem 16. Geburtstag gesungen habt, hat mich das echt gefreut.

No tengo más que buenas palabras para describir mi estancia de una semana en casa de Marie y Christian. Ha sido verdaderamente una experiencia inolvidable tanto en el sentido académico como en el personal, ya que el método utilizado por Marie para la enseñanza de la lengua me ha parecido estupendo. Sencillo, claro y muy abierto para partir de una base completando un círculo rico en vocabulario y expresiones.
El entorno es sencillamente encantador, la casa tan magnífica que poseen y su buena situación cerca de las principales localidades del entorno hacen que sea el sitio perfecto para conjugar el estudio con unas vacaciones tranquilas en el campo.
Esta estupenda pareja te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer día con sus cuidados y su grata conversación.

Acabo de vivir dos semanas inolvidables de estancia en La Peuchollerie. Recomiendo la experiencia a cualquiera que esté seriamente interesado en mejorar su francés, y que a la vez quiera compaginar las clases con actividades enriquecedoras, todo ello en un ambiente típico de la región, y rodeado de naturaleza en estado puro, y de lugares de enorme interés histórico.
Recibirá una atención personalizada -gracias al número limitado de estudiantes-, y un trato exquisito.
La organización en general me ha parecido impecable: Marie es una profesora rigurosa y dedicada, y Christian es el complemento ideal de apoyo en todo lo demás: actividades recreativas, excursiones culturales, comidas típicas, etc. Por si fuera poco, ambos son de una calidad humana extraordinaria.

I have just spent a week with Marie and Christian. The balance of the classroom, meals with the family and excursions was, for me, perfect and I became totally immersed. It would be difficult to create a better learning environment for my needs. Marie is an admirable teacher and along with Christian showed a level of patience and willingness to adapt which was beyond my previous experience.
All in all it was a great week, highly recommended and good value for money.

We spent two weeks studying French and learning more about the region of Charente-Maritime in southwest France. The instruction in French was outstanding with Marie being a very devoted teacher, adjusting the material to the needs of each student. The meals were characteristic of the region and provided plenty of opportunities to interact in French. In addition, the daily excursions were a lot of fun and brought us to oyster culture, a local castle and Cognac to mention a few. Because of the flexibility and dedication of Marie and Christian to make your stay successful, it is an
excellent program for anyone wanting to improve their French. It is also a great place for a family to enjoy the French countryside, even if only part of the family participates in the French lessons. I strongly recommend it. Unsere Familie verbrachte eine wunderschöne Woche in La Peuchollerie. Während unser ältester Sohn Björn am Vormittag von Marie in Französisch unterrichtet wurde, genossen meine Frau, mein Sohn Marten und ich das süsse "Nichts-Tun". Die Nachmittags-Ausflüge mit Christian waren sehr interessant, lehrreich und spannend.
Französisch-Unterricht bei Accent de France ist sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an Marie und Christian für dieses tolle Erlebnis.

bade Morten(8) och Björn(12) njöt av friheten, naturen och den vänliga mottagningen von er tva. Björn tar med sig hem mycket kunskap i Franska och hadde samtidigt
semester. Tack för alla fantastiska utflykter och den goda maten, jag kan varmt rekomendera Marie och Christian för alla som vill ha semester i Frankrike
och samtidigt lära sig Franska pa ett roligt vis.

Je tiens à remercier ACCENT DE FRANCE pour ce séjour fabuleux passé A LA VALLEE,France plus précisément à la famille qui était très accueillante...
Et puis j'ai trouver que Mme.LARREE était très responsable dans les cours et qu'elle résolvait efficacement les problèmes.
Et je voudrais bien remercier Mr.LARREE pour les sorties qui a organisé chaque après midi;;;
j'ai passé ici 3 semaines et ils étaient vraiment inoubliable et ça va rester dans ma mémoire toute ma vie
Je vais donc encourager tous mes amis l'année prochaine ou bien je vais revenir moi même ...
Merci beaucoup ACCENT DE FRANCE de m'avoir fait vivre et d'avoir organisé ce voyage exceptionnelle.

Je voudrais tout d'abord exprimer ma profonde reconnaissance à Monsieur et à madame Larré .
J'ai passé 3 agréables semaines dans cette fabuleuse compagne ! ça sent le printemps au jardin, la nature se réveille... et j'admire ce tableau spectaculaire .
l'air fraiche qui cerne l’atmosphère .
le gazouillement des oiseux ......
Le charme de la nature m'a donné un soulagement pour suivre parfaitement mes cours.

Des discussions éclatantes pendant les repas .

sans oublier les sorties culturel qui fassent exercer concrètement les activités éducatif abordés dans le cour matinal.

Accent de France est un endroit séduisant pour se réjouir et progresser .!

Nous avons passé deux semaines extraordinaires chez Marie et Christian. Quand nous amis nous avons dit que nous nous ennuierions pendant deux semaines à la campagne..., ils se trompaient complètement!!! On a toujours des choses à faire, soit des conversations très agréables pendant les repas, soit les cours du matin. Et sinon, les visites de l'après-midi, qui avaient été le sujet d'une partie du cours matinal. Et tout dans une atmosphère conviviale!



Bref, très recommandable :)

J'ai passé une semaine chez Marie et Christian et quelle expérience! Je suis arrivée toute seule mais ils étaient très accueillants. Tous les jours, on a fait des cours en groupe et l'après-midi on a fait des excursions très intéressantes; une recette parfaite pour améliorer le français et être plus proche de la vie française!

J'ai pu suivre un cours de "one to one" chez le Professeur, et m'a permis de rencontrer Marie et Christian, une personne gentille, j'ai reçu un accueil chaleureux, un niveau élevé de professionnalisme dans les classes du matin, et certaines activités du soir excellent. La région est excellente, et grâce à sa connaissance on a pu profiter du parcours et se sentir à la maison.
